  • How do I register?

    We are completely full for our first conference, however through the register tab at the top of the page we can get you added to our list for future events.

  • Is there a dress code?

    No, however we do encourage you to wear sturdy shoes that you are comfortable walking in as well as sunglasses/ a hat. Additionally we advise bringing a warm jacket, Sundance sits at an elevation of 6100 feet and the temperature can range widely from day to night.

  • What exhibitor opportunities are available?

    Our exhibitors will receieve space in our exhibitor hall (open days 1-3 of the conference in the Rehearsal Hall) as well as access to all educational sessions.

  • Will CME Credits be available?

    As this is our first conference we have decided against offering CME credits. If this is something you’d like to see integrated into our future conferences feel free to send us a comment through the contact tab.

  • What housing options are available?

    Housing at the Sundance Mountain Resort is included in registartion for all traditional attendees. As the resort has very limited space it is at capacity with our attendees.

  • How do you reach the sundance mountain resort?

    From SLC/Airport
    When exiting the airport, turn right onto I-80 east. Then turn right onto I-215 heading south. Next, take I–15 South towards Provo. Continue on I-15 to exit #272 (which is 800 North in Orem) turn left heading east.
    Stay on 800 North through Orem to the mouth of the canyon. Stay in the left-hand lane, which will drop onto Hwy 189.
    Continue up the canyon approximately 7 miles to Scenic Route #92 which is the first left after the tunnel. Sundance Mountain Resort is 2 miles up the canyon on the left.

Health and Safety Policy

The health and safety of meeting participants, as well as the patients and communities we serve, are among our highest priorities. If you are attending our conference, we strongly recommend that you take the following precautions:

Follow all health and safety protocols as required by the meeting organizer, facility, and local and state health departments.

Do not attend the meeting if you have symptoms of a respiratory infection and leave the meeting if you develop such symptoms.

WBC CODE OF CONDUCT

We are committed to providing a safe and secure environment. Please review the following policies and procedures for conference participants. By registering for the conferences and meetings, you agree to the following terms

Conference attendees may take photographs during oral or poster presentations provided that the photographs are strictly for personal, noncommercial use and are not to be published in any form. Attendees are prohibited from using flash photography or otherwise distracting the presenters or members of the audience.

Conference attendees may share information from presentations on social media provided that they respect the wishes of presenters. Oral presenters may label any or all slides in their presentations with “DO NOT POST.” Similarly, poster presenters may label their posters with “DO NOT POST.” Attendees must respect the presenters’ requests in these instances and refrain from posting any images from these designated slides or posters on social media.

Registrants must refrain from smoking in all meeting rooms. This regulation applies to all session rooms, including the poster area.

Intimidating threatening, or harassing conduct of any kind are strictly prohibited. This applies to all conference participants—attendees, presenters, exhibitors, staff, vendors, etc.

We are committed to a safe, hospitable, and productive environment for all conference participants, regardless of age, disability, ethnicity, gender, religion, or sexual orientation.

We expect all participants to communicate professionally and constructively, handling dissent and disagreement with courtesy, dignity, and an open mind, being respectful when providing feedback, and being open to alternate points of view. Furthermore, we excpect participants to share information about our programs responsibly and clearly distinguish individual opinion from fact.

Participants must obey all applicable laws and regulations of the relevant government authorities while attending our conferences. Participants must comply with all applicable safety guidelines related to the conference venues.

Children under 12 years of age are not permitted in any scientific session or poster session at any time. Children cannot be left unattended or unsupervised.

Cell phones, pagers, and other electronic devices must be turned off or placed on “silent” mode before entering a session. Participants should step out of session rooms to make calls or send emails or texts, as the back lighting on electronic devices is distracting to other participants.

Poster presenters are solely responsible for placing their posters on their assigned poster boards and removing their posters according to the schedule provided. We cannot be responsible for any posters that are not removed at the designated time. Posters left in the Poster Hall after that time may be discarded. Poster presenters should not leave any items at their poster board unattended, including poster tubes, meeting bags, Programs, personal items, etc. We are not responsible for any items left in the Poster Hall.

We encourage responsible drinking for those drinking alcohol. Beer and wine will be offered at some official social events. Alcohol will not be served to anyone under the age of 21. Alcoholic beverages are allowed in specific areas and must not be taken out of these areas.
